E-mail sent to this address will be acted upon by the system administrator on duty. If you require urgent assistance, put "urgent" in your subject line.

If it is not possible (or not advisable for security reasons) to use e-mail, NIIF-CSIRT can be reached by telephone, or fax.

NIIF-CSIRT's phonenumber is only to be used in case of emergencies: the NIIF/HUNGARNET helpdesk operating the emergency number has a *fixed* procedure for dealing with your alert and will in regular cases relay it to NIIF-CSIRT in an appropriate manner. NIIF-CSIRT will then contact you.

This is a mail alias that relays mail to all NIIF-CSIRT core members. There is always one core member on duty. This core member handles all incoming mail.
