Introduction

NIIF-CSIRT is the Computer Security Incidents Response Team of NIIF/HUNGARNET, the Internet provider of Universities, Higher Education institutes, some secondary schools, academical research organisations and non-profit institutions in Hungary.

NIIF-CSIRT is helping handling all cases of computer security incidents in which a NIIF/HUNGARNET members is involved, either as a victim or as a suspect.

NIIF-CSIRT will disseminate important security related information to NIIF/HUNGARNET members, on a structural basis (e.g. distributing security advisories) as well as on an incidental basis.
